This is a slight twist on funding. You set a goal e.g. 500 dollars to rent a beach house. Only if people/friends donate 500 then the money goes to the organizer. Otherwise if the goal is not met the money is reimbursed to the supporters....

JVFTP is one of the best libraries I found. Its easy to use, good examples, documentation could be better but I cant complain. The price is right, its free...

This solution was tested on a Windows Platform.

Get this free utility called nircmd. Lets youre running your program with a batch file that has the following contents

java -cp ".;./lib/some.jar" com.some.Class

call this batch file myprog1.bat

now in a second batch file type this

NirCMD exec hide myprog1.bat

When you run the second batch file you will not see the command ...

If you have 2 screens and you want to share your mouse, keyboard with both screens while one runs mac osx and the other runs pc this is the product to get.

It syncs up clipboards, so you can copy paste from your pc and put it on your mac and the mouse scrolls off from your mac screen to your pc screen seemlessly.
